Application Overview
Insulated tanker trucks transport raw milk from dairy farms to dairy production plants. The received milk is stored in cold raw milk tanks and is gently agitated until is moved for further processing. Monitoring the milk level is essential for maintaining sanitary and economical operations as well as preventing overfilling and product loss.
The Delta Controls Benefit
- Application specific design maximizes measurement accuracy and meets sanitary requirements
- Simple installation and setting adjustments available on onboard menus or HART¨ controller
- Available temperature measurement feature provides additional monitoring through one sensor
